As I mentioned, I cut the larger peppers in half for drying. The instructions with my Excaliber say to remove stems and seeds, cut into rings or strips and dehydrate at 125F for 4 to 8 hours or until leathery. My Sugar Rush I cut into thick rings and they were still dried after 7 hours.
